I loved everything about the song from the structure to the lyrics. I knew I wanted to help create something visual for it from the very first time I listened. I feel fortunate enough to have had the opportunity. This video was truly blessed. Everything from the actors that came together only a day before the shoot to the location which John Pope, my DP, suggested using. It was one of the most simple shoots I have done, but also one of the most memorable. Until I sat down to edit the footage and see it over the music I didn’t truly realize the emotion that was captured. There was little I felt like I did to make this video what it was. I would like to credit the band, the actors involved, John’s cinematography, and God for blessing this. Once in a while you hear a song that really inspires and it all comes together perfectly.
